Leprechaun Bundt Cake

This bundt cake is full of pistachio goodness and very easy to make. It is green like a leprechaun so perfect for your Saint Patrick’s day celebration.

This bundt cake is green with pistachio pudding and full of mountain dew. Yes you heard it mountain dew.

This cake is moist and delicious and very easy to make.  When you serve this cake your family will be green with envy. Get it? I love Bundt cakes and I love to eat them. They are really easy to use if you make sure the pan is greased good and it shouldn’t stick.

Leprechaun Bundt Cake


1 box yellow cake mix

1 box of pistachio pudding mix

1 cup mountain dew

4 eggs

1/2 cup oil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all the ingredients and pour into a prepared bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes then invert bundt pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve plain or with whipped cream on top.
