Annunciation Bundt Cake

This tender and moist Bundt Cake is loaded with blueberries and bananas. With its white vanilla icing, it is perfect for the Annunciation.

Today is the Feast day of the Annunciation. Today marks the day when the angel Gabriel appears to Mary and tells her she will give birth to a son and name him Jesus. I made a Blueberry Banana Bundt cake. The white icing represents Mary’s purity and innocence.

The blueberries are in honor of Mary and the blue that represents her. The round bundt pan represents eternity. Today is also known as Lady Day. In honor of our Lady the Virgin Mary.
