Ranch Baked Chicken
These breaded chicken thighs are brown and crunchy on the outside, yet juicy and tender in the middle.
I was going to make the usual ranch chicken using the ranch dressing. When I went to the cabinet to get it, it was all gone. Someone used it all up. So I went through my cabinets to see what I could to replace it. I looked at the ingredients on the ranch package so I have an idea of what goes into it. Dont get me wrong, I dont have the exact measurements of the secret recipe, but this time I decided to wing it.
My niece Nicki makes something similar to this, but she uses the ranch dressing and boneless skinless chicken breasts. I used the recipe once to make chicken tenders.
I love this because the chicken is baked and not fried. Not to mention that the Panko makes them extra crispy like they are fried.
Did I mention how easy it is to make? If you don’t believe me then watch the video and it will show you just how I made it!

Peace be with you,

Looks good and easy! Can’t wait to try it. Thanks for the individual ingredients instead of using packaged dressing mix.
Do you think I Can use boneless skinless thighs with the same results?
Yes Gail, that is how my niece makes them. Kind of like chicken strips.
I have also used this recipe on pork chops. It’s very good!
Pinning this sounds great can’t wait to try it!
Did not work well. Breading completely fell off the chicken. Because mayo is oil based it separates. Fantastic taste to the “ranch” mixture.
