Labneh with Pears and Honey

Sweet and healthy this dish is fabulous by combining creamy Labneh cheese, crisp pears then drizzled with sweet honey. It is a delectable way to start the day.

Welcome to the third annual #BrunchWeek hosted by Terri from Love and Confections and Shaina from Take A Bite Out Of Boca. We are so excited to have you join us this year!  Celebrate Brunch with us this week as we prepare for Mother’s Day. 30 Bloggers from around the country will showcase their best brunch dishes, from cocktails to casseroles, breakfast breads, sandwiches and salads – there is something for everyone! Our amazing Sponsors have donated some great prizes for the #BrunchWeek giveaway.

Thank you so much, Sponsors, for your generosity. We have an incredible giveaway below and we’d love if you would take a moment to read about them all and what you can possibly win!

Labneh with Pears and Honey

12 ounces of Stonyfield Organic Yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 bag Woot Froot Pears chopped

Line a strainer with fine cheesecloth, a clean coffee filter or use paper towels. Put the yogurt in the strainer and fold the cheesecloth over top. Set in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, to allow it to drain. After 24 hours remove strainer. The water should be at the bottom and your yogurt should be really thick. Add pears and drizzle with honey.
Serve immediately.

Thank you for joining us this week – we hope you were inspired by all the #BrunchWeek recipes. Don’t forget to see what the #BrunchWeek Bloggers made today!
