Feta Cheese Ball
This Feta Cheese ball is coated with pecan goodness. Crisp crackers or raw vegetables are a perfect accompaniment.
I think Cheese balls have gotten a bad rap. Most people think of the 1970’s. You know, avocado green appliances, shag rugs, tang and cheese balls.
Not any more. They are making a comeback in a very good way. not to mention the fact that is one of the most economical appetizers.

Veronica I love a good cheese ball! They have fallen off the hip appetizer menu it seems but they really are fantastic, and very practical really. I will absolutely try this. Love feta and think it’s ingenious to make it into a cheese ball!
