Shrimp Skewers #Inafriday

This flavorful shrimp dish is easy to make and very tasty. It is perfect as your next main course.

Welcome again to Ina Friday. this is where once a month we blog about Ina Garten the Barefoot Contessa. This month is all about main dishes. I decided to make this shrimp dish because it is easy to make and tastes awesome. All you have to do is marinate these and cook them on the grill for a minute or two. You don’t need to even heat up your house just start up the grill. Perhaps enjoy a meal alfresco. It is still warm enough for that isnt it?

Shrimp Skewers

1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup minced basil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 medium lemon juiced
2 lbs jumbo shrimp

In a large bowl combine parsley, basil, mustard, salt , pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Add shrimp & marinade for one hour.
Prepare charcoal grill.
Skewer the shrimp on skewers and grill 1 1/2 minutes per side.
