Grilled London Broil
Who doesn’t love a steak every once in a while?
OK, I could eat steak everyday if I could.
It is not recommended to eat that much red meat.
So this should just be a treat every once and a while.
You might as well make it taste as good as you can.
You could also grill some veggies with it if it makes you feel better.
This marinade will impart a wonderful flavor into your meat.
Also if you can grill it outside to keep the house cool, even better.
Leftovers, if there are any, would make a great steak salad.
Just saying…..

Grilled London Broil
Ingredients:
Marinade
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 cup oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 teaspoons dry mustard
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 pound London Broil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag. Place meat in marinade and allow to sit overnight.
Grill 15 minutes per side on medium. Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Peace be with you,
Veronica
Simple and delicious!
It seems like I can never find skirt steak or flank steak so we often use grilled London broils for fajitas.
We just made grilled London Broil last night, but sadly I didn’t catch your recipe in time! Just used a Lowry’s marinade. Hope you’re doing well and may God Bless you!
