Garlic Fries
This is where I discovered they have the best Garlic Fries ever!
Being the true foodie that I am. I had to try to duplicate them.
So began my quest for the best garlic fries recipe.
These were quite good.
I baked these which would make you think they are better for you, except the butter kind of cancels that out.
Sorry!
These garlic fries are very good, and should give them a run for their money.
Garlic Fries
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3 lbs baking potato
Cooking spray
2 tablespoons butter
8 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a mandolin or by hand cut potatoes into strips keeping the skin on. Put in a large bowl. Add oil and salt. Mix to combine. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Line potatoes in the pan in a single layer. Bake for 50 minutes turning after 20 minutes.

Place butter and garlic in a pan and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Add potato, parsley, and Parmesan. Toss to combine. Serve immediately
Peace be with you,
Veronica
And also with you. Gorgeous fries!
Great way to add flavor to fries. By using that recipe, I can pass on the ketchup and eat them as is. Seriously I prefer garlic over ketchup any day. Crispy and tasty!

I should say that your recipe will give the restaurant a run for their money! They’re gorgeous and I love French fries that are baked. I’ll take 2 tablespoons of butter over a quarter cup of oil any day. Great job!

Garlic is my fav thing to add in savory dish and these fries are looking pretty awsm !
I love garlic fries and these look incredible! I love that you baked them rather than frying them. The butter/olive oil drizzle at the end must have given them that authentic taste they needed. I have happily buzzed this one! GREAT recipe and pictures!
oh Veronica, those fries look so tempting and delicious! These are going to make their way onto my school menu next year!
I’m a firm believer that everything is better with garlic, and these fries are no exception. Yum!

I’ve never heard of garlic fries but I definitely want to try these! (If only the heat wave around here would break so I can stand to turn on the oven again…)
