Pegasus Wings

These Greek chicken wings are named after the best known creature in Greek mythology and are baked to crispy perfection.

I got to tell you , I am not a fan of the hot as hell chicken wing. I just don’ t get it. Why would you want to hurt yourself with food? I think that is why I usually bypass the “buffalo” chicken wings at most parties.

Lets face it most of the time chicken wings are served at most sporting events. With the Olympics and Football season, there are plenty reasons to enjoy wings.

Instead of serving this with the usual blue cheese dip why not go Greek again and make my Tzatziki Sauce.

This football season is about to get even more tasty!
